Return & Refund Policy

We always aim to deliver high-quality products quickly and safely.


If you receive a damaged, or defective product, you can request a return or replacement on the same day of delivery.


Return Conditions:

• Return or replacement must be requested within the same day of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• You must share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue for verification.


Refund Process:

• Once the return is approved, refund will be processed within 1–2 working days.

• For COD orders, refunds will be sent via UPI or bank transfer.


Please note:

• Returns are not accepted for products damaged after delivery or for items used by the customer.
